If Helixftr Deluxe crashes or otherwise does not start, please contact me through direct messages on Patreon (or other places you can find me, if you are unable) and provide the following information:

Your Patreon account username (if not contacting me on Patreon)
Description of the problem
The browser you used
The OS you used
The error message (see below)

Error Message: The Most Important Part

Please provide the error message your browser records when attempting to access the game using the following method, depending on your browser.

Mozilla Firefox

Click the menu button, which looks like three horizontal lines. Select the "More Tools" option, then the "Web Developer Tools" option.

Scroll up to the first entry that is highlighted in red, right-click on it, and select "Copy Message". Send this to me with the other information listed above to help me address your problem.

Google Chrome

Chrome is unfortunately more difficult; it may be better to try to access the game in Firefox instead. Otherwise, click the menu button that looks like three vertical dots, select the "More tools" option, then the "Developer tools" option.

Scroll up to the first entry that is highlighted in red. Chrome does not give you an easy option to copy the message, so either manually select the message text and copy it, or take a screenshot. Send this to me with the other information listed above to help me address your problem.
